It is 2-way adjustable and is designed to cut understeer and body roll in hard cornering without spoiling the ride on the road. 034 tested it on road and track on their own B5 S4 before release.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe bar is between 213% and 330% stiffer than the factory B5 S4 rear bar, depending on setting, and 142% to 220% stiffer than a Neuspeed 19 mm rear bar on its stiff setting. It is designed to work with the standard front anti-roll bar - a stiffer front bar would only add understeer. With the factory front bar and this rear bar, 034 report body roll all but gone and noticeably better turn-in and lift-off rotation.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eImportant: a rear subframe reinforcement bracket must be fitted with this bar. The B5 rear subframe is prone to cracking with an uprated bar and is likely to crack without reinforcement; if your car does not already have one, 034's billet rear subframe reinforcement bracket is sold separately. 034 also recommend their spherical rear drop links.
