It is machined and assembled by 034 from 6061-T6 billet aluminium with 303 stainless steel spacers, and runs a spherical bearing with a self-lubricating PTFE (Teflon) lined race so the mount can articulate freely without the slop of the factory bush.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eLocking down the dogbone mount stops the engine and gearbox rocking so far under acceleration and braking. The result is more direct power transfer, crisper gear changes and far less wheel hop on hard launches.
