The aim is to settle the float of Comfort mode and the bounce of Dynamic mode on cars with Dynamic Ride Control. The springs were developed on 034's own RS5 coupe and tested by independent owners on road and track.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eLowering springs of this type keep roughly the factory free length but wind some coils closer together, so those coils stack under load. Where a set needs them, 034 fit coil spring sleeves at the factory to stop the stacked coils knocking.
