It uses the factory secondary bush mounting hole to add a second point of support to the differential, increasing stability under high-load acceleration and hard driving, reducing unwanted movement and sharpening driveline response.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eIt bolts directly to the factory differential with the factory sump retained, so there is no need to remove the OEM sump and no fluids need to be drained. It can be removed at any time to return the car to stock.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe mount works with the OEM rubber bush (33 31 6 899 168) as well as aftermarket polyurethane or solid differential bushes. By limiting excess differential movement it also helps stop diff and CV seal weeping under hard acceleration.
