MMX has engineered a durable fix for the E90, E92 and E93 M3.

Each cover is CNC-machined from 6062-T6 aluminium and gives full spring coverage just like the factory part, but with far greater strength and heat resistance. They are a direct-fit replacement for the OE plastic covers, need no special tools, and are a cost-effective alternative to replacing the whole VANOS unit.

Finished in black anodising and engineered in the UK, they are one of the most worthwhile preventative upgrades for any S65 owner planning to keep the car for the long haul.

Key Features

Fixes the common S65 VANOS cover failure

Replaces brittle factory plastic with 6062-T6 aluminium

Direct-fit OE replacement with full spring coverage

CNC-machined for precision and reliability

Black anodised finish

No special tools needed

Cost-effective alternative to a full VANOS unit replacement

Engineered in the UK

What's in the box

Set of MMX billet aluminium VANOS spring covers for one S65 engine (four shown in the MMX photos)

Fitment

BMW M3 E90 Saloon (2007-2011), E92 Coupe (2007-2013) and E93 Convertible (2008-2013) with the S65 4.0 V8.
