UK Delivery Charges

• Free UK mainland delivery on all orders over £100. It is applied automatically at checkout – no code needed.
• On orders under £100, standard delivery starts from £5.99 and varies with the size of the item. The exact cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
• Express and Next Day delivery are paid upgrades at every order value, including on orders over £100.
• Free delivery applies to UK mainland addresses only. Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and all international destinations are charged at the rates shown at checkout.
• Race fuels are collection only from our unit at WF12 9QS and cannot be shipped.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

• All orders are dispatched by reputable shipping couriers. We hold our trust in Royal Mail, DPD and UPS to deliver your parcel safely.
• Delivery times are working days, which exclude weekends and public holidays.
• Some items advertised on our website are special order and can take from 5 working days up to 8 weeks. If your item is special order, we will inform you within 24–48 hours of the expected timescale.
• Our weekday cut-off for same day dispatch on stocked items is 13:00 (GMT/BST). If you need an item urgently, please call us on 07434 400 400 before ordering.

We recommend you do not book your vehicle in for any repairs until you physically have the parts, to save any disappointment caused by delays. Haz Motorsport will be under no liability for any costs, damages or expenses caused by any delays.

Returns

Returns are welcome and accepted by prior arrangement. Please contact us via email info@hazmotorsport.co.uk to request a return. Any unauthorized returns will be refused.

All unused and unwanted goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt. A refund or exchange will be offered provided the returned goods are in "as new" resalable condition with all original packaging and contents. The buyer is always responsible for the safe return of unwanted or faulty goods. Please send all returns recorded delivery with the return authorization number provided.
Return Postage is only refundable on faulty/wrongly sent items when this is specifically agreed and confirmed in advance by email.

Under no circumstances will Haz Motorsport be held liable for any fitting/labour charges incurred by the buyer. It is entirely the buyer's responsibility to ensure they have ordered the correct part prior to fitment and the part has been installed correctly by a qualified mechanic/technician.

No liability or returns are accepted where buyers attempt to modify or adjust components. A minimum handling fee of 20% may be charged for returns of special-order items.

We will not under any circumstances pay any VAT/Import Duties on Returns. If we are requested to do so your return will be rejected/abandoned.
