Shipping and Returns
At Haz Motorsport all our orders are dispatched by reputable shipping couriers who make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescale. However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances. We hold our trust in Royal mail, DPD, UPS etc to Deliver Your Parcel Safely.
Delivery times are working days which exclude weekends and public holidays. Please enquire before purchasing if you are in a matter of urgency to discuss an express delivery option.
Please Note some items advertised on our website are special order, they can take from 5 working days or even as long as 8 Weeks for delivery. If your item is special order, rest assured we will inform you within 24-48 hours to let you know the timescale of expected delivery.
We recommend you do not book your vehicle in for any repairs until you physically have parts to save on any disappointment caused by delays. Haz Motorsport will be under no liability for any costs, damages or expenses caused by any delays.

Returns are welcome and accepted by prior arrangement. Please contact us via email email@example.com to request a return. Any unauthorized returns will be refused.
All unused and unwanted goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt. A refund or exchange will be offered provided the returned goods are in "as new" resalable condition with all original packaging and contents. The buyer is always responsible for the safe return of unwanted or faulty goods. Please send all returns recorded delivery with the return authorization number provided.
Return Postage is only refundable on faulty/wrongly sent items when this is specifically agreed and confirmed in advance by email.
Under no circumstances will Haz Motorsport be held liable for any fitting/labour charges incurred by the buyer. It is entirely the buyer's responsibility to ensure they have ordered the correct part prior to fitment and the part has been installed correctly by a qualified mechanic/technician.
No liability or returns are accepted where buyers attempt to modify or adjust components. A minimum handling fee of 20% may be charged for returns of special-order items.
We will not under any circumstances pay any VAT/Import Duties on Returns, If we are requested to do so your return will be rejected/abandoned.
