Intake Kit
The Forge Motorsport intake system for the Ford Fiesta ST180 features a large diameter Pipercross foam element filter for superior filtration and enhanced breathing for the engine – but also featuring a larger surface area than the stock filter and many competitors.
We also provide a laser cut and powder coated aluminium shield which sits under the filter and directs air around the filter that enters the bay through the bonnet slam panel.

Crossover Pipe
This Forge Motorsport mandrel bent aluminium pipe replaces the original Ford plastic pipe between the intake and turbo inlet at the rear of the engine bay. Not only does it lift the appearance of the engine bay,  it also smooths out the airflow and has an increased diameter to maximise the volume of air being forced  into the engine to aid extra performance, throttle response and sound.

Inlet Hose
Unlike the stock Ford hose, this inlet hose maintains a constant internal diameter to ensure a smooth flow of air to the turbo, which owners have commented makes the car more lively to drive.
