This new development fromHF-Series is compatible with almost all intake systems for 1.8 - 2.0 Euro 6 TSI EA888 engines.

It represents a very important component between turbocharger and intake system, because only if the entire path to the turbocharger is optimized, the entire potential of turbocharger and engine can be made available.
The new intake manifold was developed to enable maximum throughput and optimal flow.
Since the original component is restrictive and also has flow-unfavorable edges, this is not designed for performance, but even creates turbulence and dynamic pressure.
In contrast to this, our upgrade intake manifold was enlarged to the maximum diameter after the 3D scan.
Thanks to state-of-the-art flow animations and other computer simulations, this performance part was made of aluminum with CNC flange and handmade outlets.
This is the only way for the air to reach the turbocharger in an optimal and uniform flow course.
The results are higher maximum performance and improved responsiveness.
