The high-quality Bar and Plate network has the best cooling properties in order to deliver the best performance even in poor conditions and at the same time to be very robust.

It is characterized by high resistance and does not heat itself up as much as comparable networks from other manufacturers.

At the same time, the entire system is also geared towards the best flow.

This means that the pressure loss is minimal and the entire charge airway has been developed in a streamlined way with CAD flow analyses. This also includes the cooler boxes, which are made of high-strength cast aluminum and are equipped with our WAY FIN TECHNOLOGY.

This is an extra guide fin inside, which guarantees a uniform and optimal filling of the entire net.

The inlet and outlet diameter of the cooler have also been increased to 70mm and, in combination with the reinforced silicone hoses from SF-Hoses included in the scope of delivery, provide the perfect preparation for an increase in performance.

What exactly does an intercooler upgrade bring you?

In order to express an exact additional power of an intercooler in numbers, many unknown factors must be taken into account, such as: power dispersion ex works, further hardware changes, as well as the software used in the determination.

This varies from vehicle to vehicle. As a rule of thumb for performance-enhanced engines, one can assume up to 5% - 10%.

But what is at least as important: Whether already optimized or whether your engine should remain standard on the software side, you prevent a loss of power, especially at high outside air temperatures, or even the achievement of the temperature protection that is stored in many control units, and can therefore always count on the full power of your engine.
