Ego-X is a product line of Bull-X Exhaust. The special feature of this series is the processing in the TIG welding process, material and the possibility of a registration free flap exhaust system.
This EGO-X exhaust system for the VW Golf Mk7R Variant OPF consists of absorption silencers without chambers, and is manufactured in the TIG welding process. The pipe diameter is 3" (76mm). The exhaust system is non resonated and has no front or mid silencer to guarantee maximum sound enjoyment when the valve is open.
The flap control is taken over by the driver and can be opened manually even when the vehicle is standing. If the vehicle has a driver selection profile the remote control can control the valve via drive profile selection. Otherwise in Sports and Dynamic mode the valves are fully open to ensure a more loud exhaust note whereas in comfort mode the valves only open above 75% throttle position.
