Because of the OEM narrowing in the charge air system between the turbocharger and intercooler, HF-Series have developed a new Turbo Outlet kit including a pressure pipe. The
newly designed charge air system has a larger cross-section of 60mm
and the Turbo Outlet which sits in the turbocharger, optimized for best
flow conditions.
In OEM standard, the
Turbo Outlet has a resonant chamber and the pressure pipe is narrowed to
36mm. By mounting the new Turbo Outlet kit with a continuous diameter
of 60mm, the charge air can get turbulence free and unrestrained air into the intercooler.
