HF-Series is the first point of contact when it comes to fresh air supply in vehicles. With this brand, HG-Motorsport has combined professional research and production of high quality intake systems, intercoolers and air guidance systems. In addition to 3D scanning of the vehicle periphery for perfect fitting accuracy, this also includes long series of tests to combine the optimum components for each individual model. The result is racing products with road approval.

The crankshaft ventilation of an engine serves to burn off its oil steams. These steams collect in the valve cover and are discharged, on the one hand, into the intake side of the turbocharger and, on the other hand, into the intake manifold. If the valve is defective, however, it is like a leak in the charge air system: the charge pressure escapes from the intake manifold. This is where the PCV Fix comes into play. It consists of a cap for the intake manifold and a cap plate for connecting the original PCV valve. As a result, these boost pressure losses and the resulting loss of performance are permanently avoided. In addition, an adapter for tapping the boost or vacuum pressure is included in the set. This is suitable for example, for a boost pressure indicator or for connecting a flap control of the exhaust system.

In addition, the PCV Fix is compatible with the original intake/engine cover as well as all intakes available on the market.

The PCV Fix is made of corrosion-resistant aluminium, then anodised black and supplied complete with O-rings and screws.
